Additionally, our sales team faced ongoing difficulties with the panel's complexity, requiring repeated onboarding efforts with each new version. Despite these efforts, customers often remained confused and frequently returned for additional support.

The opportunity was clear: analytical tools were already being utilized by competitors like Google Ads, but our unique advantage was our specialization in Android applications. We aimed to maintain the familiar structure while introducing key improvements:
 

  • Enhanced Accessibility: We made tutorials, contextual help, and our sales blog easily accessible within the panel, ensuring users could quickly find the resources they needed.

  • Simplified User Flow: We streamlined the user experience, making the flow simpler and more minimalistic. Special settings were moved to a secondary level, specifically tailored for our professional users who require advanced options.

  • Dual Analytics Views: We developed two distinct analytics interfaces—one designed for new users and another for professional users—catering to different levels of expertise and ensuring that both groups could easily access the data they needed.
